Privacy notice.

Effective August 19, 2026

Alpine Energy, LLC ("Alpine," "we," "us") operates this website. This notice explains what information we collect when you visit, how we use it, and how to reach us with questions or requests.

01

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you use our contact form or write to an email address listed on this site, we receive what you choose to send. That is typically your name, email address, company, phone number, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. Our website and hosting provider collect standard technical data, including IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time on site. We review this in aggregate to understand traffic and keep the site running properly.

Cookies. We use a limited set of cookies. Some are required for the site to function. Others support aggregate analytics. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings, and blocking them may affect how parts of the site behave.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send it through the contact form.

02

How we use information

  • Responding to inquiries and business requests

  • Providing information about our services, districts, and operations

  • Maintaining, securing, and improving the website

  • Understanding aggregate site usage and performance

  • Meeting legal, regulatory, and reporting obligations

03

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for targeted or cross context behavioral advertising.

We share information with a limited set of service providers who help us run the website and our business, covering website hosting, form handling, email, and analytics. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or regulatory process, or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property. If Alpine is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

04

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice, and we apply the following retention periods:

  • Contact form submissions and related correspondence. Retained for three (3) years from the date of last contact, unless a longer period is necessary to respond to a continuing inquiry, to maintain our business records, or to meet legal, regulatory, or reporting obligations.

  • Email correspondence sent to addresses listed on this website. Retained for as long as necessary to service the relationship and to meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, and securities reporting requirements.

  • Website analytics data. Retained in aggregate form according to the standard retention settings of our analytics provider, currently 14 months.

  • Server and security logs. Retained for 90 days, after which they are deleted or aggregated.

Where a specific period is not stated above, we determine how long to retain information by reference to: the purpose for which it was collected and whether that purpose remains active; the existence of an ongoing or reasonably anticipated business relationship; applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and securities reporting requirements; the need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and applicable limitation periods.

When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or de-identify it in a manner that does not permit reasonable re-identification.

05

Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

06

Your choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, or to ask that we stop contacting you. Write to IT@alpinees.com and we will respond promptly. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

Some state privacy laws grant residents specific rights regarding personal data, which may include access, correction, deletion, and portability, along with the right to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. Alpine does not sell personal information and does not conduct targeted advertising through this website. Where a privacy law applies to a request we receive, we will handle it according to the procedures and timeframes that law requires.

07

This website links to third party sites and platforms, including LinkedIn and any operational or client portals we may link to in future. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and their own policies apply once you leave this website.

08

Children

This website is directed to businesses and industry professionals. It is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
